What to Do When You’re Feeling Down

Let’s face it. Everyone will always have a moment when they can’t help feeling down. Sometimes its maybe about something that happened or sometimes it’s for no rhyme or reason. I’m sure that this even happens to the greatest individuals as well such as Jack Ma, Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Donald Trump, Richard Branson, Chris Gardner and etc. So the question is “How do you get back in the game?” or “How do you motivate yourself back up again?”.

For myself, I’d watch some motivational videos and somehow it gives me that mental or emotional boost that I need. I know for some others, they will start by thinking about the things that they are grateful for and then remember that goal or purpose you have about life.

Today, I’d like to share with you 5 motivational videos that I watch in hopes to keep you going. To keep you going when you’re working, or as an entrepreneur or even as a business owner.

Video 1:
A motivational video of a man named Arthur who was 47 years old and had to use walking aids in order to move around. At this time, he had given up on life. It’s amazing how he picked himself back up and decided to completely transform his life.

Video 2:
This is a short montage video of the most inspiring motivational speakers such as Les Brown.

Video 3:
This is a video of the late Steve Jobs giving the Stanford Commencement Speech in 2005

Video 4:
A great video from the founder of AirBnB speaking on the first 1000 days of AirBnB

Video 5:
This is a long video but it’s a great and inspirational speech from the popular motivational speaker, Les Brown

There will always be people who will tell you that you can’t do it. That it is not possible. But always remember that it is possible. Believe it.

Jack Ma was with 23 people in a room and only 1 out of the 23 people agreed on the idea of Alibaba. But he pursued anyway, and the rest is history.

So how about you? What do you do when you’re feeling down? Or do you have inspiring videos too? Please share with me and let me know in the comments below. I’d like to hear from you.
